Active Futures - Fit For All
Free Wellbeing Programme for Neurodivergent Young People
Active Futures Fit for All is a free 12-week programme for neurodivergent young people aged 12-17 who are not attending school or finding education or training difficult to access. Delivered in Northwich and Ellesmere Port, the programme provides opportunities to get active, improve wellbeing, build confidence, meet others in similar situations, and feel part of a supportive community.
Free Fitness and Wellbeing Sessions for Young People
Active Futures Fit for All supports neurodivergent young people aged 12-17 in Northwich and Ellesmere Port who are not currently attending school or are finding education challenging.
Through weekly gym and boxing sessions with a qualified trainer, supported by APS staff, and a weekly Connect Hour led by our qualified therapist, young people have the opportunity to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop social connections and be part of a supportive community.
Funded by Active Cheshire and the Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner, the programme helps remove barriers to participation and provides meaningful opportunities for young people who may otherwise struggle to access support.
